In July this year, the automotive seat foaming production line developed by our company for a Volkswagen auto parts enterprise was shipped to Mexico and officially settled at the overseas customer’s production base. To ensure efficient project progress and stable equipment commissioning, our company dispatched a core technical team to the project site in Mexico to carry out equipment installation and commissioning.

　　As a key supporting base for the North American automotive industry, Mexico adopts strict standards for its auto supply chain, which set high requirements on the operational stability, production safety and after-sales response capability of foaming equipment. This complete set of automotive seat cushion foaming equipment can steadily realize continuous production of multiple types of seat cushions. It also complies with local work safety regulations to meet the customer’s seat manufacturing demands for North American automakers.
